i just lost my residence card key. i have a quiz and a 3 hour lecture im supposed to be in. i hate losing things.
I just attempted a half-assed make-up tutorial filmed via my laptop so I thought I should just review these now since I wanted to do it earlier.
I got the Shiseido Multi-Shade Enhancer in Summer Glow and the Anna Sui Eye Glitter in 001 from my mommy. I’m going to go over the Summer Glow bronzer compact first…
My skin tone is fairly light and I don’t feel that bronzer helps me contour my face at all nor does it suit my skin. I kept it because I can double it as an eye shadow. It’s very sheer and it’s perfect for spring/summer. It adds a shimmery effect to eyes without being too heavy. I usually use the top 2 or 3 shades as a blend and the pearly white as a highlight.
But because it’s meant to light coverage, the powder doesn’t adhere to the eyelids very easily so instead of using a primer, I use the Anna Sui Eye glitter as a base and this brings out the shimmer more without being too over powering.

This compact comes with a flat application brush.

I used flash in this photo and the shimmery gold specks really show up but it is less obvious upon application.
The Anna Sui Eye glitter is even more sheer than this bronzer. It’s a little more moist, allowing the bronzer turned eye-shadow to stick and stay on the eyelid skin. I sometimes use it on my lower lash line or even on my inner tear duct area in concentrated amounts. The shimmer has a pink/purple tone to them but is hardly noticable, making it a great “primer” for the desired shimmer eyeshadow!

tokidoki is the Japanese word for “sometimes” and is a fairly new make-up line to Sephora. tokidoki’s “Dangerously Fun” make-up and cosmetics line launched in late April of this year but the website http://www.tokidoki.it has been around for awhile and offer a wide range of fun Japanese inspired creations; from apparel to snowboards, Hello Kitty to Marvel characters, creator Simone Legno’s work gives off a Gwen Stefani-Harajuku Girl feel.
From a trip a few months ago, I got my hands on the tokidoki Luminosa Powderand the Prisma Lip Gloss in Ciao Ciao.

Because it’s almost summer now, I use the luminosa powder for a glow on the high-points on my face. Although it’s sheer, it has really sparkly flecks in the powder so using too much won’t appear natural and because of it’s matte texture, it can make the skin appear dry if used all over the face. The lip gloss is a little bit sticky but the smell is really fruity, but I do wish it tasted as good as it smells!
Anyway, the line is available at Sephora so go check it out !
i don’t think i’ve had a decent rest in days. i always feel like i have a headache or i’m sluggish and don’t feel like doing anything. that pile of homework i still have left to do before tuesday is troubling me but i can’t make myself do it. not right now anyways. :( on top of everything and on a totally different note, i really want my tablet! i don’t know if it’s hidden in the storage in the basement or if it got lost after i moved…
when spring doesn’t even know it’s supposed to be spring, it’s depressing
